There is one surprise in the end that I didn't know that was coming but, the surprise for Price & Prowler I did know that was going to happen as it already had happened a couple of other times in the other books in this series.Price & Prowler are werewolf twins who one night after being saved by the cleanup crew & attracted to the head of the cleanup crew had sex worth her. Then after a 2 month hiatus with the Shifter Squad 9 crew Price & Prowler & the rest of their squad was sent on a mission that was at 1st a mystery as they didn't know who would be their contact on not only this mission but on the cruise ship where their mission was taking place at. Price wasn't too happy when he found out what kind of cruise it was either.
Amy hadn't seen or heard from Price & Prowler since their night of sex; she had gotton reassigned right after that night anyway but as she needed to tell them something with regards to that night she was happy to see that they were on the cruise. But, as soon as they saw each other all of them had sex again & as she was going to tell them something came up.
But, in order for you to find out what she was going to tell them & what the surprise is at the end you will have to read the book as I'm not telling. This book I believe is the last in this series & it was very good too.

I truly enjoyed reading Amy, Price and Prowler's story. I was absolutely hooked and couldn't put it down, I love the craziness that comes along with Shifter Squad Nine. Anya Nowlan once again did an amazing job. I highly recommend this book, you won't be disappointed.
So glad I purchased this book and the series as a whole. This was the first set of this authors that I have read. The main reason I choose to one click this series over others was because of the audio option. This book has a unique storyline and is well paced. The characters are complex yet likeable. Very happy listener/reader!
I absolutely loved this book and series as I've stated in the previous reviews it hit almost all of my high notes.
Ex marines, shape shifters, TWO SMOKING HOT men and one woman, surprise babies (a favorite), a conspiracy at the end.
I didn't like not seeing the babies born. But I am hoping to see more of the shifter squad in another book.
In short I recommend this author.
Another book in the Shifter Squad Nine saga - this time with twin wolf shifters Price and Prowler Renard. Tough as nails Amy Marguiles leads the clean up squad that takes care of what's left after the Shifter squads have completed their assignments (translation killed or captured - generally killed - the ones they were sent after). After a night hot sex with the twins, and before she could tell them where she was going, Amy is sent out on another assignment - and finds she is pregnant with twins. Shifter Squad Nine is sent to the same assignment, and hot sex, danger, passion, rescues man betrayals, more sex ... ensue.
Greatly enjoyed this as the first in the series I've read. Although it is not actually the first in the series, I didn't feel like I was at a disadvantage in picking up with this book in the series. The novel alternates in POV between the 3 main characters, so you get to see things from all their POVs at some point in time. I love that the heroine is a strong and smart woman capable of kicking butt and taking names all on her own. The heroes are hot, strong, and suitably alpha without stepping on their heroine's toes. There were plenty of sexy times, and there was even a small amount of comedy to lighten the mood in places. I will definitely continue reading the rest of this series!
Price and Prowler and squad nine are up to their necks in trouble when the clean up crew comes to start the clean up but they aren't ready for clean up so the clean up crew are now back up to get them out of trouble. Amy is the leader of shadow crew two to clean up after another squad does all the dirty work before t this time her crew helps out squad nine. After all is done she runs into two or squad nines team and WOW is all she can thing. And Price and Prowler can't take their eyes off of Amy and there is something about her they just want her. Well months later they are together again on another mission when trouble breaks out. So enjoy the read and see how or if it all works out ! !
I enjoyed Amy, Price and Prowler's story. I liked that there was action in it.
The twins were both strong heroes and she was a strong heroine. The twins are wolf shifters who work on missions for The Firm. Their squad is Shifter Squad Nine. During a mission that is highly not going their way, another team comes out of the blue to assist. Their lead is a gorgeous woman who has their wolves howling.
Amy, can't believe she has to come to the rescue of Shifter Squad Nine. Her and her team help them out. When she comes face to face with the Renard Twins she feels an electric current between them.
This story keep you on your toes. There was an error where the author referred to the wrong twin. I also wanted the epilogue to include the babies in some way. I hope this author hurries up and writes Spade's story. He deserves his comeuppance. Shifter Squads Six and Nine should be involved as payback for everything he did to each and everyone of them.
